Renewing membership subscription by Direct Debit
Thank you for considering paying your annual subscription by Direct Debit. Payment by this method allows us to collect the correct amount for your membership type each year in a way that is convenient for both you and the Trust. This payment method is generally recognised as safe and secure, fully covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee (see below.)
To add this payment method to your membership account, simply complete the form below and click “Submit” to send it to us. We will do the rest.
We will not take any payment by Direct Debit without notifying you at least 10 days in advance via your preferred method of communication. The email address you supply below will be used solely to provide you with immediate electronic confirmation of your submission of this Direct Debit Instruction.
All payments by Direct Debit are taken on the 1st April for the following twelve months’ membership.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
- The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
- If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, BPS Re A/S Landscape Trust will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request BPS Re A/S Landscape Trust to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request
- If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by BPS Re A/S Landscape Trust or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society
- if you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when BPS Re A/S Landscape Trust asks you to
- You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
